Gary Neville has revealed that the prospect of watching Manchester United against Tottenham in the Europa League final is making him "sick".

United will aim to salvage some pride after enduring a nightmare domestic campaign by winning the Europa League trophy and securing a place in next season's Champions League, when they face Tottenham on Wednesday night in Bilbao. Ahead of the all-important clash, former Red Devils star turned pundit Neville revealed that the final match is "making my stomach churn".

Speaking to , Neville said: "That game is making my stomach churn with its level of importance, to both clubs. Not just from a silverware perspective, not just from a manager’s perspective, but also from a finance perspective; what it gives both clubs in terms of attracting players and the money that it will put into the clubs. It’s making me a little bit sick."

United were handed a triple injury boost ahead of the European final as Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro and Diogo Dalot rejoined training on Tuesday. All three players have been included in the club's travelling squad, but it remains to be seen if any of them will make Ruben Amorim's starting lineup.
